IMG_2576.JPGThe Oxford school had an end-of-year breakup picnic at our Oxford airstrip a number of club members took club and private aircraft to help out with the picnic and take some of the lucky school children for flights. Following report from Ross, our on the spot reporter. It was a great day yesterday. the club flew 24 of the kids whose names were drawn out of a hat. JOL, JOR, Mikes and Dave's Karatoo were used plus we had a Gyrocopter,Peters Tiger, Carolyn's Thruster and a Technam there on static display Great weather,great Bar-B-Que,great flying,everyone had a ball. Caroline, fed the staff. She flew down in her thruster much to the delight of the children, teachers and parents. |
